G.I.F.T. Team
2021-2022
The G.I.F.T Team meet regularly to discuss their ideas and plan how to deliver them to the rest of the school.
This year we have;
- planned Collective Worship for each class
- planned and promoted the support of our chosen charities
- and much more!
Outreach Work
This year, the G.I.F.T Team have raised awareness of and supported a variety of charities.
Throughout the season of Advent, we collected donations such as non-perishable foods and hygiene products for Cornerstone. Cornerstone is a centre in Manchester which helps the homeless or those at risk of becomming homeless. We also raised money for CAFOD which is an international development charity that helps people all over the world.
In Lent, we took part in the Walk Against Hunger challenge, promoted by CAFOD. We ran 205.7km and raised £145 for CAFOD. We also held an own clothes day to raise money for St Joseph's Penny.
