Term Dates
One of the most important things Parents can do for their child’s future is to make sure that they go to school because regular school attendance is essential if children are to achieve their full potential. We at St Margaret Mary’s Catholic Primary School, believe that regular school attendance is the key to enabling children to maximise the educational opportunities available to them on each of 190 school days each year so that they can become emotionally resilient, confident and competent adults who are able to realise their full potential and make a positive contribution to their community. Missing school means missing out on learning and also on the social aspects of school life. The School’s Attendance Policy reflects this.
For every school year we issue a Calendar which lists the dates for the three terms (Autumn, Spring and Summer) for that school year and the related holiday periods when school is closed. You can access our Calendar by clicking on the link below.
